I also tried running the game in admin mode, still nothing. In CoH1, I have tried using the same commands as described in other community guides, as well as trying alt+enter but nothing helped.
The full screen issue also happened with CoH2 which I also have, but it was fixed using commands in 'set launch options', such as '-window', '-fullscreen', etc. I have recently reinstalled CoH (New Steam Version) to play with friends, but encountered an issue regarding full screen mode or full screen borderlss mode.
